GENERAL HIRING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read carefully the conditions and travel conditions below, all bookings are confirmed after payment.
BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS
A 50% deposit is required for all bookings traveling per person and to secure reservations at least 60 days before departure and pay the total amount of your trip at least 10 days before the service to reconfirm all services provided for the company.
The travel agency reserves the right to treat the reservation as canceled if the payment conditions described above do not exist.
Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal or deposits.
You are responsible for obtaining any identity document for the trip and / or checking the entry requirements necessary for each country of travel and / or transit in your selected itinerary.
It is obligatory to send the copy of the passport and / or identity document, and the ISIC card in case of students.
In the case of an expired passport, you can send us a driver's license (if you have one) and / or your ID only for entrance bookings in advance, but you need to have the new passport at the time of travel.
Inka Express Travel makes every effort to operate all the tours listed, but many operational circumstances and aspects of the program are beyond our control and, as such, we reserve the right to cancel a program solely due to force majeure or event fortuitous. If a program cancels or does not work, we will inform you as soon as possible.
The customer can cancel his service until 30 days before his arrival date, subject to the following
cancellation penalties determined by Law:
- The client must assume 15% for administrative expenses.
- There are no refunds for Huayna Picchu, Machu Picchu, Inca Trail
- Within 30 days before the date of travel: Subject to loss of 100% of the travel price.
NO SHOW AND REFUNDS
Services not used because of the passenger are not refundable. There will be no refund for any unused portion of a travel booking, which is not canceled before 30 days of service.
CHANGES BEFORE DEPARTURE
Changes made to booking deposits, which include non-refundable fees, may be subject to the Terms of Cancellation of Special Restrictions identified at the time of confirmation, and any additional charges for modified services.
CHANGES AFTER DEPARTURE
If you make any changes to any part of your trip after having left, such changes will be completely at your own cost. Refunds will not be provided on pre-arranged services not used by you.
All rates are quoted in American dollars, with the indication of the exchange rate accepted for payment purposes. Fees do not include airline baggage charges, seat assignments, passports and visas, some departure taxes and other personal charges, except where specifically indicated.
The company will inform in detail the conditions of the air services contracted for the passenger, however, it has no responsibility in cases of force majeure such as technical problems, weather conditions and / or cancellations by the airline.
Special accommodation depends on the season, please make your special request before booking.
The additional costs are the responsibility of the customer and are paid directly to the hotel. The location of the room, the connecting rooms and the requests for bed linen are not guaranteed and are based on availability at the time of registration, which will be duly informed by Inka Express Travel before hiring the service.
BAGGAGE AND PERSONAL PROPERTY
Baggage checked or transported on board an aircraft or vehicle is subject to charges based on
weight, number and size. All baggage fees are the responsibility of the customer and are paid
directly to the supplier, which will be informed by Inka Express Travel before hiring the service.
